Access to suelashoes and their use, as well as the purchase of products, implies reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, Conditions of Use). Products purchased in soleshoes are sold directly by NIF: B-83697888 hereinafter, SUELA.

Users benefit from SUELA’s guarantee, in accordance with Law 7/1996, of 15th of January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

Defects of damages due to improper use or handling of the items, or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in the guarantee as well as defects, or by incorrect use of washings instructions, which come with each garment.

If you want to exchange or return any items purchased through the website, you can request one via email to  eshop@suelashoes.com, and have up to 15 natural days from the day you received the order. You can also let us know the reason why and help us help you/improve.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition, together with any accessories that may come with the items. They must be unworn, unwashed and not have any damage. Returns must have the original labels, complete original packaging and an invoice or copy of it (if only part of the order is returned) must be attached. IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The item is under your responsibility until we receive it at our warehouse. We recommend you ship the package through a courier or certified mail and keep proof of postage. 

You have up to 15 working days from the day you receive your package to make a return according to 44 de la Ley 7/1996 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista!!!!. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging, along with anything that might have come with the item and tags in perfect condition. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price within a period of under 30 days.

You can exchange an item for another, if the desired one is available./Exchanges are subject to availability

You are responsible for exchange or return shipping costs, with the exception of faulty, defective or damaged products.

Orders are prepared during business days at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm (9:00 to 14:00)

Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the following business day.

Orders are shipped by express mail. The rates/terms are: 

  • Spain – between 48 and 72 business hours
  • Rest of the world between 4 and 7 business days

SUELA is committed to delivering products in perfect condition to the address indicated in the order form, within normal business hours.

SUELA will not be responsible for delivery errors if the address in the order form does not correspond with reality or has been omitted. 

The maximum time period set for deliveries is thirty (30) days, legally established by default.

However, the usual delivery time (period) is 2-7 business days, from the day of the order. 

These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimation. In case of delays in deliveries, SUELA will inform you as soon as they are notified. 

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to SUELA, you can cancel your order in accordance with the procedure described in the “Returns” section, as if it were a defective order, without assuming shipping or return costs.

If the order has been made available to you by the transport company within the agreed period, but could not be delivered for attributable reasons, it cannot be considered a delay.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to arrange a new delivery.

 

If the delivery has not been arranged after 7 business days you should contact us. If you do not get in touch with us within 10 days, the order will be sent back to SUELA and you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the package, as well as any possible management costs.

       

 

If the package was lost on the way to you, our carrier will open an investigation. If this were to be the case, we will contact you and ask whether you want to cancel the order and receive a full refund ( cost of products and shipping costs ) or want us to send the order again at the additional cost.

 

At the time of delivery, we advise that you check everything is in good condition before the SUELA carrier leaves, so you can let us know in the delivery note of any anomaly that you could detect in the packaging.

 

If you become aware of any defect such as a hit, breakage or damage caused during shipping, please let us know by email at eshop@suelashoes.com as soon as possible (maximum of 5 working days), so we can process a return.

FREE SHIPPING for orders whose shipping address is Peninsula and Portugal (excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

The cost for orders outside the European Union is calculated based on the destination entered in the form:

Spain and Portugal (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): FREE
Europe and rest of Spain: 18 euros

Customs costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.

SUELA is committed to using the most efficient and secure methods of current technology to transfer data and payments for each transaction.

Within a period of maximum 48 hours from the payment confirmation receipt, SUELA will send you an email with the purchase confirmation, along with the order number. This confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.If you need an invoice, don’t hesitate to send us an email to eshop@suelashoes.com along with the necessary information.

In soleshoes only products of the brand SUELA are for sale.

SUELA reserves the right to decide, the products that are offered through suelashoes and may, at any time, add or remove products from the suelashoes store.

The prices of the products for sale in suelashoes always appear in euros with the corresponding VAT (21%). The relevant shipping costs will be added to these prices.

Shipping rates are communicated when placing the order, and must be accepted when confirming the purchase.

Product prices may be subject to updates.

The prices that SUELA will apply to each order will be those in force at the time you confirm the purchase.
