Orders are prepared every working day at the following times:
From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next business day.
Shipments are made by express mail. The deadlines are:/span>
Spain – between 48 and 72 working hours
Rest of the world between 4 and 7 working days
Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessory related to them, not being used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, their complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. IMPORTANT: In case of return of the product, the shipping costs will be discounted when making the refund of the purchase price. Until we receive the item in our warehouse is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of delivery. The cost of this shipment is at your expense.
You have a period of 15 calendar days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery of the same according to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade. Within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the payment confirmation, SUELA will send you an email with the confirmation of the purchase, including the order number. This confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
